26blue.com is a community of regular people who are compiling health stories about foods, herbs, supplements, etc. These health stories are from personal experiences, which we (the community/contributors) believe helped to promote or improve the health of ourselves, family, or friends.
We welcome everyone to join the 26blue.com community and to submit their own personal health stories. This website is written on the Mediawiki platform, which means it works just like wikipedia. Please add your own experiences/stories under the different categories. Anybody can read the health stories, but you must be registered to submit (and edit) your own stories.
Please add your own experiences/stories under these categories.
Only submit your own personal stories about ways that (in your opinion) fixed a health problem.
For example, my daughter had focal seizures and went to the hospital many times. I took her to a Chiropractic College where they instructed her to take fish oils. Within a day (or two) her tremors stopped. Each time she let three or more weeks pass without taking fish oils, the tremors returned.
This is a good story entry because it is from my own person experience, and I believe it fixed a health condition.
Do not edit another person's entry unless it is in violation of the agreement to be respectful. Please immediately remove items such as foul language, slurs, and anything else disrespectful. Do not remove or edit another person's entry simply because you disagree with it.
Things that happen to be Coincidental and not causive (or even remotely connected) can still be a great story...so please do not edit those stories. Only edit your own stories...PLEASE!!
To input your story, edit the page by adding your user name in double brackets. It will turn red when you save. Click on user name...it will create a new page. Enter your story on that page. As you add new entries, place it on top. This lets you journal your own health journey and lets others read it as well.
If you get lost on this website, just click on the link to the Main page which will bring you back to this page...then navigate to where you want to go.
